Seth Godin said, “Change is the unfamiliar. Change creates incompetence.”
The line “Change creates incompetence” floored me. Change demands that we all start over. We aren’t the expert in charge. We must become the rookie.
There must be a passion for learning and a willingness to be uncomfortable to submit to change.
